From roaches to rats, F & F Termite and Pest Control, Inc. will plan a control strategy and service package to meet your every need. Our “Complete Annual Pest Control Program Package” provides Monthly General Pest Control Services, along with one Annual Winterization Inspection Service, all at a reduced cost. We also offer standard Monthly, Bi-Monthly, and Quarterly Pest Control Packages, as well as one-time or as needed.

There are several Termite Control Program Packages available from F & F, each of which includes service coverage for the related structure(s). For instance, our “Builder’s Choice Package” includes a Subterranean Termite service plan term, which does not require the use of pesticides unless an infestation occurs in the structure. Our “Annual Bait Monitoring Service” provides the discerning Homeowner with an innovative option for termite control. Other available services include Power Sprays for the control of insects such as Casually Invading Carpenter Ants, Residual Dust Applications to control Carpenter Bees, and Wasp/Hornet Control.

Some of our customers want a program to control a present pest infestation, while other’s initiate a program to maintain a pest free home. It is for this reason that we analyze each situation on an individual basis in order to devise a program specifically tailored to meet your requirements.
