- You decide which inspection service plan best suits your needs, and the interval at which you would like it performed. You may select weekly, bi-weekly or monthly, or customize your plan. A Full Inspection Service includes a complete interior and exterior inspection of: all windows and doors, all interior living areas, all below ground/ground level crawlspace or basement areas, flush toilets, etc. A Partial Inspection Service is of the critical exterior areas only, which include all doors, lower level windows, crawlspaces (with outside access only), etc.
- Upon completion of each Full or Partial Inspection, we will provide you with a written report of our findings from the date on which our service was performed.
- If, while on site, we come across any urgent matters (such as water leakage) we will immediately contact you at the emergency phone number you provide when you initialize the service plan. In the case of a rodent or insect infestation, an immediate prompt, discounted service quote will be provided. If vandalism is apparent, we will make the initial contact to the police on your behalf while we are on site.
- A prominently placed window decal will warn any intruders, vandals, or squatters that F & F Home Watch is patrolling your property.

- Reduce Damage Repair Costs! Storm damage may start out small, but if left unattended during the off season, it could result in more costly damages and expensive repair bills. Water Leakage, flooding, heating, or plumbing problems are all home maintenance emergencies. You will be immediately notified on site if any of these problems are found so you can have remedial repairs made immediately.
- Immediate Pest or Rodent Control! Since we are licensed in both Pest and Termite Control by the State of NJ, we are experts at detecting situations that could get out of hand if not addressed right away. For instance, while inspecting your unit, we may note the presence of rodent droppings. We can then alert you so that the problem can be taken care of before it gets out of hand. Also, your attached neighbor could leave food in their vacant unit and, as a result, we may find roaches invading yours. If these insects have all winter to set up residence in your home, you can imagine what will be waiting for in the Spring!
- Free Partial Inspection after any major storm! A major storm hits raising the likelihood of resulting damages to your vacation home. F & F will perform a FREE Partial Inspection, and notify you of any problems requiring your immediate attention.
- Customizable Plans! Customize your Inspection Plan to suit your particular needs. Maybe you would like us to water your plants, or check for evidence of Bed Bugs (which is especially attractive to rental properties). Just let us know your needs, and we will devise a plan based upon your specifications.

HOW WAS F & F SHORE WATCH BORN?.....
Recently, the news advised of a situation at the NJ Shore, wherein 21 teenagers partied all winter in a Sea Isle City condominium and it resulted in $35,000 of damage. In another instance, a mobile homeowner recently opened up for the season only to
find extensive damage caused by a trapped squirrel. His custom made window blinds were torn out of the wall, the squirrel had gnawed at his furniture and its feces was everywhere! Worse yet, after it died, it was lodged into his expensive couch!
Squirrels, mice, and roaches are all possible invaders that can be stopped in their tracks with early detection. Gas prices are soaring, and many vacation homeowners have no choice but to "bug" their realtor, neighbor, or friend to "check on their home" because
