Bonnie began her career at F &
F Exterminating Co. back
in 1983. Having an intense
interest in the field, she
obtained licensing as a
Pesticide Applicator, and became
Office Manager of the firm. In
May 2003, she purchased the
company and eliminated the
antiquated term “exterminating”
from the name in order to better
relay what services are being
offered... and so F & F Pest
and Termite Control, LLC was
born. Bonnie lives in
Turnersville, with her husband
Mike, and their son Mike P. |

Mike began his career in the
pest industry in 1979, and it
has been going strong since.
Potential customers appreciate
his taking the time to point out
the subtle differences in
programs offered by our
competitors. The type of
treatment, chemical to be
applied, or wording of a
warranty can make a huge
difference to the true
bottom-line – i.e. the control

Doron Tinsley, Sr. –
Pesticide Applicator Technician
Being the best at what he does is important to Doron. Having started his pest control career at F & F, he has worked his way up from a trainee to a Certified Pest Control Applicator. Subterranean Termite control is his passion, although he also enjoys controlling a variety of other pests, while assisting in your family’s overall good health and wellbeing. Doron, his wife and two young sons currently reside in Deptford, NJ.
